CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS
ARTHUR (Male, 50s) Meticulous, rule-bound bureaucrat clinging to tradition. Subtly insecure and unintentionally patronizing, Arthur fears becoming obsolete and sees control as legacy. MARCO (Male, Mid-20s) Effortlessly charming hustler with street smarts and adaptability. His smile is genuine, but his eyes are calculating—collaboration always comes with personal gain. SARAH (Female, 20s–30s) Confident, tech-savvy leader of the “new wave.” Assertive and impatient, she’s driven to prove modern methods work—masking deep pressure or failure. BRENDA (Female, 30s–40s) Dryly sarcastic, pragmatic, and highly competent. A loyal workhorse who sees through office nonsense and quietly keeps things running despite burnout. JAMAL (Male, 20s–30s) Laid-back, tech-savvy problem solver with subtle wit. Appears disengaged, but is an overlooked innovator using apathy as a coping mechanism. SKYLAR (Female, 20s) Eager, anxious rule-follower desperate to do everything “right.” Well-intentioned but naive, she misses subtext and office politics entirely. SIMONE (Female, 20s–30s) No-nonsense straight shooter who values honesty and efficiency. Skeptical of corporate hype, tough but quietly protective of those who genuinely try. LIAM (Male, 20s) Nervous, overly apologetic people-pleaser. A follower under constant pressure to succeed, embodying youthful insecurity and anxiety. MR. HENDERSON (Male, 50s–60s) Quiet, observant janitor with a cryptic wisdom. An invisible worker who sees everything and says very little.
