MARCO (Male, Mid-20s) Effortlessly charming hustler with street smarts and adaptability. His smile is genuine, but his eyes are calculating—collaboration always comes with personal gain. SARAH (Female, 20s–30s) Confident, tech-savvy leader of the “new wave.” Assertive and impatient, she’s driven to prove modern methods work—masking deep pressure or failure. BRENDA (Female, 30s–40s) Dryly sarcastic, pragmatic, and highly competent. A loyal workhorse who sees through office nonsense and quietly keeps things running despite burnout.
